| DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN CONTINENTAL U.S.A):
We ship
all products via the United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground
Service. Shipping charges are measured by weight for domestic
orders (destinations within Continental U.S.A.).
This applies to addresses deliverable by UPS only. (exception
energy drink cases run at a different shipping rates).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide us
with a valid physical street address in order for us to
send products to you.
Please allow 2-5 BUSINESS days for order to arrive.
(Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not business days.)
Temporary back-orders may delay shipments by 1-2 days.
After you place order-you will receive a confirmation E-mail
within minutes stating that your order has been received.
This does not mean your order has been shipped.
Your credit card will NOT be billed until the order is shipped.
Next Day and 3 Day Shipping are available at actual UPS
rates. Please call our customer service phone # for rate
quote.

checks (must clear before your order is shipped) for all
domestic orders.
MILITARY ORDERS:
For APO/FPO military address we use U.S. Postal Service
Priority Mail and charges are $6.95 flat rate on all these
orders. Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days for order to
arrive. (Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not
business days). Temporary back-orders may delay shipments
by 1-2 days.

At This
Time we are not accepting International orders with credit
cards due to fraud. We are in the process of developing
a system of payment to facilitate international customers.
If you would like to contact us via E-mail to provide a
money order or cashiers check please do so and we will contact
you about the details and procedures.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
CANCEL ORDERS: Orders are processed immediately after received.
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately.
However, once your order begins the shipping process, we
can no longer cancel your order.
RETURNS: If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by calling
the Customer Service phone #: (305)775-4689 to receive
instructions and an authorization # (must be written clearly
on any package being returned) to receive a full refund.
Items must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
All returned products must be properly insured and shipped
back to us at customer’s expense. Refunds will
be issued upon receipt of returned products. Orders
received after 30 days are not eligible for refund. We do
not assume responsibility or additional shipping charges
on international HGH Orders. Due to the war in Iraq, anything
leaving the United States is heavily checked by other countries.
If the product is denied, the buyer will be responsible
for the shipping cost and the product disposal fee of $35.
Please make sure before ordering, check with your local
customs agency to see if the product is allowed in your
